Marlena began her role at SPS in May 2025 with a strong desire to assist others in building secure financial futures. She earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Human Resources Management from Oakland University, where she developed a foundation in people-focused strategy and long-term planning. From becoming a homeowner at the age of 23 to launching a career as a recruiter, she is driven by growth, responsibility, and service. She is passionate about her transition in the financial planning and investment industry, and loves any opportunity to learn. Outside of work, Marlena enjoys spending time outdoors in every Michigan season and dedicates every weekend to volunteer efforts in her community.
