Minoti H. Rajput, CFP®, ChSNC®

Minoti Rajput, a Certified Financial Planner, Chartered Special Needs Consultant, with an MBA, has served as the founding president of Secure Planning Strategies for nearly four decades. Minoti’s primary area of specialty lies in developing and implementing financial and estate plans for affluent professionals, business owners, and retirees.               

In addition to her general practice, Minoti is a nationally recognized expert in planning for families with special needs family members. For the past 30 years her firm has counseled 1500 + families of children with special needs. She is dedicated to finding the right way for these families to plan and provide lifelong care for their loved ones. Minoti is the author of several articles on Special Needs Planning. In 2018, she authored her first book titled, Beyond a Parent’s Love: The Journey, Hopes, and Planning of Special Needs Children, a collection of true human-interest stories of several families describing their challenges, struggles and triumphs of raising a child or children with disability.

As a pioneering woman in the Financial Planning industry, Minoti understands the importance of empowering women to feel confident handling their finances. She is passionate about working with women, helping them to achieve financial security. She strives to build an enduring, close relationship with her clients and their families. She helps her clients identify what is important to them and helps them secure their financial and emotional needs. The success of her clients is Minoti’s true motivation. 

Minoti is a firm believer in giving back to the community through volunteering. She is an active member of the Academy of Special Needs Planning.  She serves on the advisory board of FAR Therapeutic Arts & Recreation, an organization dedicated in helping the special needs population gain independence.  She is a former board member of New Horizons Rehabilitation Services and Community Opportunity Center, organizations dedicated to servicing families with special needs family members.

Minoti and her husband have two daughters and reside in West Bloomfield, Michigan.
